Office Manager / Team Assistant (w/m/d) Company: Neuroloop GmbH Location: Freiburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany Functional area: Administration / Administration Working model: Hybrid Requirement number: 8449 Neuroloop® GmbH is a subsidiary of Aesculap AG and was founded as a spin-off of the University of Freiburg and the University Hospital of Freiburg. The company develops a highly precise platform for stimulating the vagus nerve to treat chronic diseases related to autonomous body functions. For neuroloop® at our location in Freiburg, we are currently looking for an Office Manager/team assistance (w/m/d) in parttime (60 %, 24 h).

You organize the office, ensure efficient processes and responsible for the storage and administration of important documents You book travel and coordinate all related details For internal and external contacts, act as a central contact person You support management in appointment coordination

You have completed commercial training. Cross-catchers are also welcome Safe handling of MS Office tools is easy for you You are characterized by a pronounced ability to stand-alone organisation and to prioritize diverse administrative tasks You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as basic knowledge of English Personal competencies: You convince by a safe appearance and a pronounced quality awareness You show empathy and interest in motives of others and take their opinions and needs seriously You interact constructively, take responsibility and actively share your knowledge You convince by positive appearance and communicate openly and directly You act in a tackling and show their own initiative
