Tasks

• They advise the Executive Board and departments in the strategic further development and implementation of the overall strategy and advise the Divisions in the (further) development of strategic objectives
• They represent the full functioning of the organisation portfolio as strategic control instrument safe and are central interface to the portfolio managers

You understand yourself as a manager's strategy and organizational portfolio with a clear and analytical view for structure, priorities and effectiveness. With your safe occurrence and your ability to consolidate information and to prepare and communicate properly, create Transparency and orientation in complex topics. • You have a successfully completed scientific Higher education (diploma, master or comparable) for example in a economic, legal, - or social science course or similar conclusion
• They have demonstrable, current and multiannual professional experience in Portfolio management or organisational development ideally in larger administrations or organisations
• You have a good understanding of organizational systems, control processes, resource and risk management, quality assurance methods and standardization of processes, and practiced creation of status reports, roadmaps and Decision templates
• knowledge in project and change management or in the field of Change communication as well as the practiced handling of common Project management tools, especially Jira and Confluence are desirable
