Identification, collection and analysis of Specialty Insurance and Transfer Requirements in EPICs Comparing consistency with existing and planned functionalities and capabilities of the target architecture including Fit-Gap analyses Requirements for existing systems for the specialty portfolio in operation Cooperation with Product Managers and Product Owners in agile environment Communication and cooperation with internal customers: internal and other stakeholders in the international environment within the HDI Global to identify hypotheses Combining the existing target image with additional IT solutions Development of a roadmap to achieve the target image Documentation of work results and cooperation with other work packages and support of the implementation of solutions

Successfully completed studies, e.g. economics, (economic) mathematics, (economic) infor­mation, or comparable training with corresponding professional experience Professional experience focusing on business analysis as well as requirements engineering and use of agile methods as well as ideally in specialty and/or industrial insurance Target and outcome orientation combined with rapid conception, analytical thinking, joy in solving complex tasks, pragmatism and implementation Representative team and cooperation capability, communication strength, persuasiveness and commitment Experienced customer orientation and successful stakeholder management Safe appearance also in hierarchical and international contexts English and German at a safe level (C1) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
