Architect or civil engineer for recurring inspections (m/f/d)

Conducting the recurring structural safety checks in buildings of special type or use (special buildings) Verification and evaluation of building regulations and construction planning matters, in particular in terms of construction engineering, civil law and procedural law Preparing and arranging measures to prevent and restore public security and order Binding consultation of all parties involved in the proceedings Participation in administrative disputes Own-responsible and appropriate taxation and coordination of procedures, as well as coordination with all parties and interfaces Developing practical and result-oriented solutions also in complex processes Communicate results in participating bodies, offices and departments

Completed engineering studies (min. Dipl.-FH/Bachelor) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering or comparable, which also qualifys for the performance of these tasks Multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably with reference to the tasks Good knowledge of relevant legislation, e.g. in public building regulations, construction planning, administration and other public building law and in construction fire protection are advantageous Experience in dealing with conflict situations as well as moderation and mediation skills Understanding technical relationships and architecture Embossed service and customer orientation Flexibility, negotiation skills and enforcement Ability to work holistic, independent, structured and solution-oriented Good written and oral communication and expressability Safe handling of standard software as well as readiness to be incorporated into specialist software (especially ProBauG/WP) Driving licence Class B
