Team and process control: You control the distribution of tasks, ensure a frictionless process and minimize machine shutdowns at the highest quality standards. Material and inventory management: you monitor and organize the material and resources of your department. Team development: You accompany new employees during the incorporation and promote the professional development of the entire team. Communication: As a central cutting point, you will ensure a clear and reliable exchange between team, department management and other areas.
