Assistant to the plant management (m/f/d)

This place is located in Guben. Short description of this, we are looking for: Support of the plant manager in the daily organization (calenders, meetings, reports). Coordination of internal communication between departments. Creation and maintenance of documentation, reports and documents for meetings and audits. Support for work projects and optimization measures. Organisation of audits and follow-up of measures. Implementation of administrative tasks (correspondence, orders, visit organisation). Participation in the training and on-boarding of new employees and in the introduction of systems and processes for the Guben site Development of statistical evaluations Creation of presentations and protocols
