At the next time we are looking for

Self-creation and verification of operating costs for residential and commercial buildings The resulting processing of objections Ensuring correct and timely settlement according to current legal requirements Support in the optimization and digitization of our accounting processes Maintenance and management of relevant data and accounting documents

A completed commercial training (e.g. as a real estate businesswoman, office businesswoman) or comparable qualification Experience in the area of cost accounting is desirable, ideally in the real estate industry Knowledge in the area of the operating costs regulation and the relevant legal framework A structured, careful and responsible way of working Communication strength and joy in solution-oriented exchange with customers and colleagues Safe handling of MS Office and ideally the ERP system WODIS as well as interest in getting to know new software solutions
