You accept customer requests by phone and in writing, collect them structured and accompany them until the final solution – always with the aim of inspiring our customers In close cooperation with the indoor and outdoor services, you will ensure smooth and personal customer support You professionally deal with complaints and complaints and independently meet cunning decisions If necessary, you can support the team with sales tasks and sales-promoting activities You care about customer master data and thus contribute to the quality of our internal processes You support the preparation of sales statistics and perform general administrative tasks

Complete professional training or relevant experience in customer consulting Embossed commercial and technical understanding Team-oriented, independent and responsible operation Very good oral and written expressiveness and joy in dealing with people Friendly, binding and professional appearance, in particular by telephone customer contact Elasticity and joy to keep a cool head even in stressful situations Safe handling of current MS Office applications
