As Data Science Team Lead you will lead and grow a talented team of data scientists Lead, guide and mentor a high-performing data science team with full HR responsibility fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying data science products, with 2+ years in a team lead role with HR responsibility. Proven track record of delivering successful AI products, preferably in sensor-heavy industrial applications. Demonstrated hands-on mentality with strong experience across all stages of the MLOps Lifecycle; cloud experience is a plus. Strong expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Signal Processing, experience in Intelligent Metering or DFOS is a plus.
