Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion reporting systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business unit are to be set up as an independent unit and subsequently developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business. International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As an IT Product Owner & Team Leader for Service Management (w/m/div.), you will become part of the newly created society in the future and will work in a team of around 4300 colleagues working in over 50 countries and globally connected. Responsibility: You are responsible for building and managing a self-organized, agile Scrum team of in-house consultants for service management in a scaled agile environment, both professional and disciplinary. In cooperation with the Agile Master, drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and collaboration within the team and with other teams in the scaled agile environment. You make sure that the team has the right skills and resources available, tailored to the upcoming product roadmap, and you control the performance and career development processes for all team members. They manage and prioritize the team backlog with regard to program and product priorities and taking into account all stakeholders. Networked communication: The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the respective departments is also one of your tasks. Think completely: They work closely with other process areas to ensure consistent and integrated process and IT solutions. In addition, you maintain relationships with business partners, meet their needs, refine and prioritize their requirements and integrate them into the delivery roadmap of the team. Promote together with other product owners and roles in the scaled agile environment They continuously improve cooperation and further develop the role of Product Owner and optimize product management processes. In addition, manage risks at team and program level and coordinate dependencies with other teams and roles in the agile environment.

Education: Completed studies of business management, information management, business informatics or comparable degree. As an alternative, a relevant training with extensive expertise as well as qualified training or a comparable qualification.

Personality and mode of operation: Excellent communication skills and safe occurrence. In addition, a structured and targeted way of working as well as pronounced analytical skills, problem-solving competence and decision-making strength. A cooperative, positive, entrepreneurial, agile and future-oriented mindset completes the profile.

Experience and know-how: Long-standing experience in functional configuration, design and implementation of IT solutions in the field of SAP CRM Service. Experience in working in a scaled agile environment (SAFe or similar) in an IT-related department in the role of Product Owner or a comparable function. Competence in leading a team of software engineers and similar roles. Experience in the integration of a modern, serving leadership style with the requirements of traditional line management and a hierarchical corporate structure. Deep understanding of agile principles and methods as well as the boundaries and guidelines in a medium-sized IT area. Experience in stakeholder management.

Languages: English language skills in word and writing, German skills are of advantage.
