Networked work: You work closely with supervisory authorities and cost providers and cooperate in partnership with service providers, authorities, associations and institutions on site.

A completed study in social, nursing or health management or a nursing training with additional qualification as a home/care facility manager Multiannual professional and management experience in a care facility A pronounced understanding of service and care A cooperative, result-oriented leadership style Good business understanding and joy in key figures that serve people
