The Federal Construction Department (BBA) is responsible for the completion of all the construction projects of the federal state in Hamburg. As a BIM coordinator, ensure that data and methods are optimally interlocked and set standards for quality and efficiency. Support our interdisciplinary teams in carrying out construction measures in the listed stock up to large new building projects on the civil and military properties, such as the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus, the Helmut Schmidt University or the Zolls und der Bundes Polizei. You create and maintain digital building models/models in 3D, coordinate and secure the technical quality of BIM models across all performance phases; maintain regular data exchange with external engineers:internal offices, develop BIM standards and adapt existing and newly implemented data to the BBA-BIM structure and ensure the documentation according to the building technical guidelines building inventory documentation (BFR G condition).

Required completed training for the state-tested technicians: in the field of construction or technical building equipment; or a training to or to the building designer:in for construction or to the technical:n Technical:n System Planner:in technical building equipment with at least four years of experience in the enrolled area and in addition a successfully completed training for min. BIM Basic knowledge according to VDI 2552 Sheet 8.1

Due to the activity of the German Federal Construction Division Hamburg in the military field, restrictions are imposed on nationality. Application of persons with only one in the list of states within the meaning of § 13 para. 1 No 17 SDCs may not be taken into account.
