Area Controller (m/f/d)

This is your circle of action As a central interface between business and finance, you will be responsible for our operational areas: Strategic control: You conduct control talks with the operating units and advise the area management at eye level.

Reporting & Planning: You are responsible for the monthly accounts and budget planning and ensure absolute transparency.

Cash management: You keep an overview of open items and ensure efficient receivable management.

Process optimization: You identify potentials in the facility management business processes and actively implement them.

Contract management: You make sure that complex contractual contents (e.g. price indexing) are correctly displayed commercially.

What you bring Foundation: Business studies or commercial training (ideal with focus on industry or facility management).

Experience: Multiannual practice in controlling, preferably in a service-oriented environment (construction, FM or industrial services).

Leadership-Spirit: First experience in professional leadership or pleasure in supporting colleagues as mentor.

Tool Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office; Knowledge in Navision is a welcome plus.

Personality: Analytical strength paired with communication skills in German and English.
