SAP Inhouse Manager Finance & Controlling - Process Standardization (m/f/d)

As part of our SAP team, you actively shape the further development and standardization of our international SAP S/4HANA process landscape: You continue to control and develop international SAP processes in Finance & Controlling. You are driving forward the unification, harmonisation and optimization of the financial and controlling processes in the Group. You define and establish group-wide governance structures, process responsibilities and SAP standards. You accompany international SAP-S/4HANA roll-outs as well as the implementation of standardized processes in the companies. You serve as an interface between IT, compliance, specialist areas and other stakeholders. You support the digitalization and the continuous development and automation of processes.

You have completed their studies, ideally in business, business informatics, finance or controlling, or a comparable qualification. You bring professional experience in the SAP environment as well as sound knowledge in SAP FI/CO and IFRS. You have several years of experience in international projects as well as standardization, harmonisation and optimization of processes. You ideally have knowledge of data governance and compliance. You convince by a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation, as well as pronounced analytical, communication and coordination capabilities. You also keep track of complex topics and actively promote innovative and automated solutions. You have very good knowledge of German and good English for cooperation in the international environment. You bring the willingness to occasional missions.
