Your IMPACT Leadership: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of project managers:inside and system engineers:in the field of building automation and actively shape the further development of modern, networked buildings. Projectimpact: You act as a project manager: to ensure efficient and successful project execution – from initial planning to realization and beyond. You continuously monitor the progress of the contract and project, identify additional services at an early stage and register them in a structured manner. Team control: You plan and coordinate the use of your team and external partners and ensure a smooth running of complex and demanding projects. Interface: As a central technical partner, you work closely with customers, internal departments, project management and external service providers and coordinate the coordination between all parties. Quality: You ensure that all technical documentation is complete and correct, internal processes are adhered to and the highest quality standards are implemented throughout all phases of the project. Empowerment: You coach and develop your employees in a targeted manner and help them to tap their full potential. Your profile Background: You have a completed electrotechnical training or a corresponding degree (e.g. electrical engineering, building or automation technology) or a comparable qualification. Project Management: You are certified:r Project Manager:in and have a well-founded experience in the development of building automation projects. Chance and risk management are not a new country for you. In addition, you take the cost and budget responsibility for your region. Leadership Experience: You have experience in team management or professional management of employees and take responsibility. Project competence: You have practical experience in project coordination and control in the technical or building environment. Occurrence: You convince by a safe occurrence, enforcement strength and pronounced negotiation skills. Communication: You have very good German and good English skills and communicate safely in different contexts. Mobility: You are ready for customer appointments and has a class B licence.
