As a group leader in quality management (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the continuous improvement and further development of the integrated management system for quality, environment and energy as well as the continuation of the process landscape and its underlying documentation. In your daily work, you plan certification processes, accompany them and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and standards for the group of companies. You plan internal and external audits to review the quality systems and processes, conduct them with internal auditors and conduct continuous improvement measures. You also process all quality-relevant customer requests. You will learn about current and new trends in quality management and look for points of contact for continuous organisational development In your new role, you maintain customer audits and process the resulting measures.

Complete further education for mechanical engineering technicians, completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal in the mechanical engineering or production industry Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and other relevant standards Experience in performing internal audits and certifications Embossed analytical skills and methodological skills to problem solving approaches Leadership and experience in team management Communication strength and the ability to render complex facts understandable English knowledge in word and writing
