Your tasks:

• Implementation of individual repairs
• Fixing insurance damage
• Modernization of apartments
• maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. replacement of defective switches, outlets, lamps, repairs of ring/speakers),
• Fixing power failures
• Execution of tests according to VDE (e.g. viewing and testing of the electrical system in a rental apartment (E-Check))
• Housing installation (e.g. cable laying and assembly work in the area of housing modernization)

• Complete vocational training as an electronic for energy and building technology or in a comparable structure
• Even dedicated starters
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable

• Class B driving licence
