You have a degree in economic engineering or a comparable direction that provides you with a solid technical basis for the responsible management of your department within the Badenova networks You meet decisions on a fact-based basis, think networked and across-the-range and keeps in mind economics, quality and a sustainable development of our networks of electricity, gases, drinking water and waste water You have strong leadership qualities and several years of experience in a technical environment. You can develop and motivate teams You have strong management competencies and have well-founded strategic know-how as well as meet decisions for your area of responsibility in an analytical way and can think beyond interfaces You are characterized by an analytical, fact-based and cross-disciplinary approach.
