The aim of the body is to ensure a high quality and effectiveness in the specialist centre of refund claims and treatment errors by means of medical advice for possible treatment errors or damages due to faulty medical devices. You are intended to test, develop and implement vulnerability analyses for identifying treatment errors and optimization possibilities in the responsible area of responsibility You create analysis and action planning of digitalization opportunities in the area of responsibility to calculate necessary expenses, weigh up activities and prioritize these You develop and evaluate medical-strategic measures for the further development of the business unit and the specialist center Refund claims and treatment errors independently or interact with the preparation and evaluation You analyse the effects of medical and medical product developments and contribute to the development of measures and advise on this.

You have a completed academic degree in human medicine and further education as a specialist in internal medicine You possess clinical experience as well as knowledge and understanding of the outpatient and inpatient care structures You are practiced in dealing with modern IT systems and database research, as well as medical coding, ideally you have experiences in data mining You apply the methods of knowledge transfer and implement new methods independently You have profound knowledge and experience of techniques and methods to guide working groups / projects
