The Caritas Association for the City of Bonn is the local welfare association of the Catholic Church. With more than 1,000 employees, we offer support for people in the areas of children, youth and family, integration and rehabilitation as well as life and living in age and illness. In our more than 60 different facilities and services we accompany people according to the personal situation of life. As a partner of the city society, we actively promote social cooperation and social participation for all people in the federal city of Bonn. The area of integration and rehabilitation includes various forms of offer of homeless assistance, addiction assistance and social psychiatry. In outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary aid, support and counselling settings, both in acute emergency situations are helped and the goal is to restore health and self-employment through continuous consultation and guidance processes. Your tasks: • They support people in lack of housing with special social difficulties in overcoming their existential needs and developing new life perspectives with the aim of participation. In the context of com-structures and looking work, you will advise and accompany. • They include the possibilities of further assistance (search assistance, social psychiatry, debt counselling, health services...) in order to provide appropriate assistance in individual cases. They work in need-oriented and person-centred. • The method of case management applies to complex needs of assistance when it is necessary to coordinate the actions of different actors in order to ensure a demand-oriented offer. • Reflect your work in professional exchange with your colleagues. • They contribute to the further development of the quality of your task field.

Your profile: • You like to work independently, but you can also join a team in cooperation. You are able to structure your design-free spaces very well in everyday work. • Knowledge of search-specific problems and mental illnesses are desirable. • They are familiar with SGB XII, SGB II and the basic features of rental rights. • Your work content is represented in committees. • You want to develop professionally and professionally. • You have a positive attitude towards the Christian principles of our association.
