You support our team in the field of broadcast research and procurement As a contact person for national parcel transport, you keep close contact with our branches and monitor critical shipments You are in direct contact with our drivers, monitor the tours during the day and tune with our envelope camp Directly tune the delivery dates with the recipients and book the delivery time windows Self-responsibly check the completion of transport and the correct feedback in our system, including for packaging management You control the quality and experience in the day-to-day business

You have completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or can demonstrate a further education / studies in the field of transport and logistics You bring experience in the telephone customer service and in the handling of transports with You score with your high IT affinity and fast understanding. You can quickly work into our transport management systems Professional experience in a freight forwarding and knowledge of the processes are of great advantage You can express yourself well in German and English (word and writing) Enforceability and a high level of service orientation and self-motivation are your strengths Teamability, integrity and an independent way of working are of course for you Secure handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook) add your profile
