Your tasksYou are a contact person*in questions about permission management You forgive permissions by order and according to agreed service levels with clients You create and analyze reports and quality controls You continuously develop processes or identify and implement improvement potentials You create and review process documentation You initiate professional process training and convey specialist topics to employees You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements You work with focus on access management in projects You take the stakeholder management and exchange with internal and external interfaces

Your profileYou ideally have experiences in user profile management with financial service providers or a completed study in the field of technical informatics or comparable You have a customer-centred mindset You bring good communication skills You have very good knowledge of German and good English (safe for negotiation); French knowledge is also advantageous You bring a good problem-solving-& decision-making capability You have good computer skills and have a safe handling of MS Office and relevant banking programs You bring basic knowledge in project and process management You have good knowledge of the necessary policies and policies You have experience in the TARGOBANK environment
