IT Business Partner (m/f/d)

You analyse logistical requirements and develop measures to make processes more efficient, more digital and sustainable. You bring new ideas and technical solutions that make our logistics processes more smooth and advise the teams directly on site, including configuration and testing of the systems (WMS PSI). You adapt our logistics systems, develop them further and take on professional support (incident management) – always focusing on efficient and sustainable solutions. You share your know-how in a targeted manner and thus promote the further development of employees and project teams. You work closely with national and international customers as well as the Group IT specialist departments, implement your own projects and ensure compliance with our quality standards with tools such as JIRA and WIKI.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training, a degree in logistics or a comparable qualification. Relevant professional practice: You bring relevant professional experience in the field of forwarding, logistics or warehousing. IT competence: You have experience in the IT-relevant environment of logistics and move safely at the interface between processes and technology (e.g. WMS PSI, EDI, Power Platform). Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills. Ideas: You enjoy innovation, trends and autodidactic learning. Communication: You have good communication skills and team spirit.
