This is your responsibility: You take over the examination of incoming insurance applications and ensure their completeness and plausibility. The management of the insurance portfolio is just as important as the maintenance and updating of all customer and contract data. In the application and polishing process, coordinate and monitor all steps and ensure complete documentation. In case of contract changes and customer requests, you actively cooperate, process correspondence and support customer support in the background. As an interface between sales and specialist areas, you ensure a smooth flow of information and communicate with insurance companies. Through quality and process work, you contribute to compliance with standards, identify optimization potentials and accompany improvement measures.

To convince us: Completed commercial training, ideally in insurance or banking First knowledge in the insurance sector about products, processes and polishing are advantageous. A structured and careful operation allows you to reliably process complex processes.
