Individually responsible preparation and execution of portfolio management workshops with central and decentralized underwriting units Analysis and control-oriented assessment of insurance portfolios with focus on profitability, trends and action needs Overarching stakeholder management across disciplines, countries and divisions to coordinate analyses, measures and control impulses Close cooperation with underwriting, portfolio management and other areas of expertise to discuss and implement performance control measures Management and/or cooperation in strategic initiatives to further develop global portfolio management and data-based control approaches

Complete study of economics (BWL / VWL), (economic) mathematics, statistics, physics or a comparable quantitative qualification Multiannual experience in insurance, ideally in underwriting, portfolio management, pricing, preservation or controlling Funded understanding of profitability indicators and their application in the control of insurance portfolios expressed analytical skills with affinity for data-based methods; additional experience with programming languages is advantageous Structured operation, safe occurrence and high communication and team capability Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German knowledge is advantageous No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
