Team Leader Cyber Security (m/f/d)

Your focus in this role is the staff management of the employees in the IT-Security team. In this position, you will report to the Head of the AirITSystems’ Network Technologies division. We're living together. Therefore, we rely on cooperative leadership teams and regular exchanges – also across department boundaries. As a member of the team leader round of the business unit, you are Sparring partner and interface to the department management as well as other technical teams. As a team manager IT-Security (m/w/d), you will focus on these tasks: Come first: We provide your good equipment, a safe workplace, free space for your development and look forward to enriching our team. As a team leader, you take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your employees in the IT-Security team As a member of the leadership team of the Network Technologies division, you are working on the development of team standards, sector strategy and organisation, and are engaged in the planning and implementation of IT security projects. The technical consulting and sales support in the field of IT security as well as the corresponding planning, design and installation are also part of your core activities. Curious? You bring a completed study (such as computer science / business informatics, IT-Security or the like) or an education as a specialist in the field of system integration as well as several years of professional experience in this environment. You have experience in managing a team (optimally in IT). You have experience and certifications in Fortinet or Palo Alto (or comparable). As a highly consulting communicator, you use your skills both internally and in exchange with the business units as well as externally in dealing with customers and within the framework of sales-related activities. Your empathy and leadership will help you to guide a team both professionally and humanly and to optimally use and develop employees. You want to actively shape the business processes and projects as well as our cross-departmental cooperation – professionally and humanly. Excellent German knowledge (C2), English knowledge as well as a passenger car license complete your profile.
