Your job – how you shape our future Organization: You take over the responsible organisation and coordination of committee meetings for the Management Board, the Board of Directors and other bodies. In addition, you support the function providers in the performance of their mandates. The creation, quality assurance and coordination of the timely provision of session documents is one of your main tasks. Law & Regulation: You recognize and independently process questions in savings and supervisory law. Supervisional requirements are not a challenge for you. It is self-evident to ensure this foreseeable – also in exchange with our team right. Board management: You are responsible for committee meetings. This includes the structured planning, pre- and post-processing of sessions, as well as the creation of speech notes and protocol templates. You take over the quality assurance of logging and protocol management as well as the follow-up of decisions and measures. You secure and develop the care, structuring and further development of the committee documentation. Communication: You will create the interface between external professionals, internal specialist departments, your team and the bodies – even outside the Sparkasse. You are in exchange with the Sparkassenverband Niedersachen, the Deutsche Sparkassen- und Giroverband and other experts. Your profile – so you can introduce yourself Qualification & Experience: You have completed a successful business training (optional studies), for example as a bank businessman/buyer. Your basic legal knowledge completes your profile. Personality: Highest discretion, integrity and sense of responsibility characterize you. You think and work solution-oriented, analytical, structured and independent. To connect things and derive action fields from them is of course for you. Working methods: A high level of service complemented with the ability to adjust spontaneously to changing client requirements, distinguishes you.
