Become part of the future roof As a Junior IT employee (m/w/d), you support our team in daily IT operations and are the first respondent in technical issues.

You help colleagues quickly and competently, take responsibility for projects and get the opportunity to continuously expand your technical know-how.

IT Administration Device, output and maintenance of terminals (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) Maintenance and management of user accounts (e.g. Active Directory. M365) Working in the area Entra ID / AD Facility and support MFA First-level support Consumption, analysis and processing of faults in the IT environment Support for employees in hardware and software problems Communication with external service providers Working with projects Support for IT rollouts (hardware, software, updates) Implementation of smaller own IT subprojects Creation of technical documentation for new solutions

Complete IT-related training (e.g. specialist in system integration) or cross-enterers with comparable practical experience as well as high IT affinity Basic knowledge of Windows clients, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and a basic understanding of MFA & IT Security Interest in modern workplace and cloud topics Engineering & Learning Structured, careful and reliable operation Friendly, service-oriented appearance
