WIESHEU – Backing at the Point of Sale

You are actively working in the operational daily business You support the further development of transparent and fair remuneration structures You know the analysis of salary data and the derivation of action recommendations with Support in the development and establishment of organisational and strategic personnel topics Working in the daily business Support in case of need within HR overarching themes

You are currently immatriculated and are interested in HR topics as well as joy in contact with people You have communication strength, you like to show your own initiative and work independently and conscientious Your strengths include solution-oriented and structured work You bring safe user knowledge in handling MS-Office You want varied activities and projects First experience in human resources desirable You can support us about 15-20 hours a week
