Continuous Improvement Engineer (m/f/d)

Establish and coordinate Continuous Improvement Principles (CI) in our plant with know-how and far-sightedness, using specific CI tools. In doing so, you convey CI-methods accurately, perform corresponding workshops and implement standards according to the SDCA/PDCA principles. In addition, you coach our executives and employees at the Shopfloor, accompany internal CI audits and derive concrete measures for the work. Furthermore, the construction and maintenance of a continuous key-number system for determining the factory performance are on your agenda. Your attention to detail comes to bear when it comes to identifying and assessing potential for improvement - for this purpose you analyze and structure data and prepare them according to target groups. You regularly agree with your colleagues from the CI area to develop and develop uniform standards across the factory.
