Sales Manager (m/f/d)

As a Sales Manager (m/w/d), you play a key role in controlling our sales processes. You are responsible for the operational coordination of tenders, tender processes and customer requests and develop the field strategically and conceptually. In doing so, you contribute independently to achieving the jointly defined sales targets. The focus of your activity is the acquisition of new customers and the strengthening of L & D's brand presence.

Control and prioritization of all incoming tenders and customer requests as well as the visit of the sites in the context of the tendering processes - the view into the kitchen and the necessary staffing should be dimensioned Development of innovative offering concepts including all required documents in cooperation with the operational departments Responsibility for the timely creation and finalisation of complex supply documents including the costing of delivery prices and budgeting Implementation of customer presentations and contract negotiations handover of won projects to the operative team and active support of the implementation Active customer acquisition and maintenance of customer contact data Market observation and competitive analysis, in particular identification of new market potentials Preparation of presentations, evaluations and regular reports on sales performance

Completed commercial or gastronomic training, professional training or studies At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally in the environment of the gastronomy or service industry. Alternatively, you can experience as an operating/local manager with budget management and creation Experience in creation and budget planning should be present Embossed communicative skills and high customer orientation Sovereign occurrence and negotiation security Creativity in developing individual customer solutions Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge in InDesign desirable High level of initiative, team capacity and liability German language and writing skills and good English skills This is very important to us We love work in the team.
