Service Technician in the Field (m/f/d)

By using Computer Vision, our customer digitizes physical processes in real time to precisely identify inefficiencies and sources of errors. The company supports industrial companies to measurably increase productivity in logistics and production through data-driven insights. Our customer is funded by well-known players from the industry and is looking for further staff in the course of growth.

Preparation and installation of cameras and network components in production facilities at the customer Troubleshooting and solving problems on site and remote switching on hardware, network and software levels Pre-configuration of devices and checking the data flow from edge to cloud in office Coordination of procurement of components and logistics with the operating team Documentation and planning processes from the Office/Home Office

Pre-experience in the installation of industrial hardware, system integration or external service Practical experience with networks and device configuration Knowledge in camera systems, edge computing or IoT implementations Joy of independent work on site with customers (50:50 mix of travel and office) driving licence class B English as a company language Bonus: Experience in operating lifting platforms
