Completed academic degree (Master or Diploma) of the working sciences or scientific/technical discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience Insufficient professional experience in the prevention of accidents with the help of new technologies as well as proven knowledge in working science, in particular engineering psychology, human factors or cognitive ergonomics Experiences in and interest in human work and technology design Knowledge of empirical research methods for intervention and evaluation as well as experience with technical engineering psychological methods (e.g. eye tracking, usability tests, VR/AR) desirable Basic knowledge of gear analysis Safe handling of MS 365, in particular of Office applications and statistics software Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least level C1 of the common European reference framework for languages) Ready to join multi-day missions
