In order to strengthen our HR team at the Bad Aibling site, we are looking for a staff assistant (m/w/d) in parttime with a 20 hours/week, limited until 31.12.2026.

Supporting a defined working group along the entire Employee Life Cycle Contact person for executives and employees in personal business issues Participation in recruiting: definition of requirement profiles, selection procedures and assessment criteria Creation and administration of all personal documents, from entry to exit (e.g. contracts, certificates) Preparation of relevant data for payment accounting Creation of reports and analyses in cooperation with team management Support for personnel and personnel cost planning Participation in internal and cross-site

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Appropriate further training in human resources or studies with a focus on human resources management, HR, business management or recruiting High IT affinity and safe handling of popular MS Office products; Knowledge in the SAP-HR module of advantage Structured and organised mode of operation, characterised by predictive action and self-initiative Communication strength as well as an open, valuable and collegial approach to the team Also motivated cross-comers with interest in human resources are cordial
