Ensuring an economic, timely and demand-oriented procurement of supply and subcontracting services in turnkey, wood hybrid construction and construction in stock. Examination of factory-specific performance directories and plans with regard to the contract. Participation in the development of technological and economic optimization proposals. Preparation and management of technical and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors. Active research and acquisition of new entrepreneurs to expand the existing network. Close cooperation with the costing, planning, construction management and other specialist departments for successful project implementation.

You have successfully completed their technical training or comparable studies. You could gain your well-founded knowledge through practical experience in the construction industry. You have good technical understanding. You will be able to express your communication and negotiation skills as well as a safe and binding occurrence.
