Julia Engineer – Optimization & Operations Research (m/f/d)

Together with the team, you are responsible for the development, deployment and further development of mathematical optimization models, simulations and data-driven analyses for the load-mile delivery in the IT world of the bottle mail You develop and operate productive systems that control operational logistical processes and support data-based decision-making processes Together with the team, you implement mathematical optimization approaches, simulations, APIs and numerical experiments with a strong focus on Julia You support the management, implementation and evaluation of numerical experiments and the further development of analytical solutions You are responsible for the deployment and operation of solutions in modern cloud and data platforms such as Kubernetes, Azure and Databricks Through close cooperation with product, IT and specialist areas, you can translate analytical models into real business processes and scalable productive solutions
