Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You identify and define solutions to governance and management in the context of Operational Risk on the first line of defense with the focus of regulatory requirements on Operational Resilience and Service Provider Risk Management and their regular quality and risk monitoring. You organize the implementation of solutions for sustainable anchoring risk and resilience of relevant aspects in the company. These include orchestrating regulatory and group requirements, change and communication strategies, combined with appropriate coaching/training concepts, complement your task portfolio. When building appropriate organizational structures, you support the business teams to implement them at an operational level to achieve the corporate goals. You represent Business Administration & Protection in internal bodies and in the Project Management Organisation.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You have a degree in economics or law You bring long-term professional experience in risk management, compliance or revision You understand complex relationships quickly and can accurately classify them. You think and trade business as well as across-the-range and show outstanding decision-making skills You bring a broad analytical understanding and can quickly capture data and processes. You weigh risks well, have high demands on your own work results and consistently implement them. You can split up complex structures and requirements and make them understandable in terms of target groups. You will be able to adapt your communication style to a wide variety of conversation partners: both in German and English.
