IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the IT and OT area and the IT strategy of the association. Your main tasks include administration, maintenance and proactive development of internal IT systems (hard and software) to ensure a stable, secure and efficient IT operation. These include: Monitoring system availability and error analysis and elimination Planning and implementation of IT security measures and concepts as well as function as information security officer (ISB) according to NiS-2 Documentation of systems and processes, e.g. building an asset management Participation in first and second-level support as well as controlling second-level support with external service providers Supporting Windows and/or Linux systems Heading and prioritization of (interdisciplinary) IT projects and digitization measures Planning, control and control of the IT budget with the associated procurement processes Ensuring compliance with authorization concepts, compliance and security policies Advising the management in all IT and digitization topics Administration and continuous development of web presence (WordPress) Some of these tasks are performed in the team.

Complete computer science studies or completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist system integration) or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in IT administration Knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT architecture and IT security, detailed in: Virtualization (Hyper-V) Backup & Recovery solutions Application with DMS systems Handling of website/CMS systems (WordPress) Network security Area SQL databases (basic knowledge) KRITIS requirements and IT basic protection Technical understanding and interest in new technologies Experience in project and process management Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Teamability and service orientation Strategic thinking and strong communication skills English at least. C1 driving licence class B
