Design and further development of the information and system landscape for technical service information in the customer service Analysis, modelling and optimization of data structures, information models and data flows between source systems, processing platforms and service applications Conception, implementation and further development of information systems and applications for the processing, structuring and provision of technical information Definition and development of standards, governance models and quality mechanisms for technical information, data and information content Planning and control of data migration, system integration and the introduction of new technologies, data sources and information platforms Analysis of technical and technical questions and development of automated solutions in cooperation with specialist areas, service providers and development partners

Complete study of information technology, electrical engineering, (economic) informatics or comparable qualification Experience in building, integration or further development of complex data, information or system landscapes Good knowledge of data modelling, databases and structured data and exchange formats (e.g. SQL, XML, JSON) Experience in the analysis and optimization of data flows, interfaces, integration processes and system architectures Programming skills (e.g. Python, C#, SQL) as well as experience in the development and integration of technical solutions and in the handling of modern tools for cooperation, software development, testing and system integration Analytical thinking, structured working and communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of German and English Own initiative, willingness to design and joy in the further development of modern information and service platforms
