You support our recruiting in the search for professionals and executives by publishing job advertisements, coordinating appointments, and puggling our applicant management system. You perform administrative and organizational tasks, such as the creation of certificates or the collection of absences. You actively work with people projects and let your creative ideas flow into them. You support the People team in operational day-to-day business. You will get first insights into the certificate creation and help actively in the execution. You support us in the planning and organisation of employee benefits and help us make our work environment even more attractive.

You study economics, (economic) psychology, or complete a comparable degree course, ideally with a deepening in the field of personnel and organization. You are interested in personal topics and questions. You enjoy a varied and independent activity. You have a good expression in word and writing, are an organizational talent and are happy to work together with our people colleagues. Very good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills complete your profile.
