Gain good together. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time employee/in building management - Internal Services/Facility Management (m/w/d) for our location in Cologne. Your tasks With your control and service activities, you can reliably support daily building operations and ensure that our processes work smoothly. The incoming and outgoing mail is processed carefully and takes care of a well-organized internal material logistics. When providing and maintaining workstations and meeting rooms, you are actively engaged and contribute to a functional and pleasant working environment. Smaller maintenance work and technical tasks are performed conscientiously and help to ensure trouble-free operation. You can reliably coordinate external service providers within the framework of internal services and keep in mind appointments, procedures and requirements. Regular safety and functional checks on facilities and equipment are carried out carefully and thus contribute to a safe working environment. Conducted activities will be documented in a comprehensible manner and will continue to report relevant events in time and in a structured manner. Your profile You have a completed commercial or technical training, and you also provide knowledge in technical building operations and in infrastructure facility management. When handling technical devices and tools, you are safe and use them responsibly in your working day. You work structured, carefully and reliably. With MS Office you are sure to go around; ideally you are familiar with bank-internal systems and use them routined in your daily work. You communicate clearly, reliably and service-oriented with internal areas as well as external service providers. Technical and organizational issues can be explained and communicated to the addressee. You are friendly, helpful and solution-oriented to internal customers. Collaboration is self-evident: You work cooperatively in the team and agree constructively with other organizational units. Care and sense of responsibility shape your work in building operations and demonstrate in the reliable execution of your tasks. Legal as well as internal regulations, in particular for security-related issues, you pay attention and trade accordingly. You take responsibility for the proper use and care of equipment and work equipment. Risks, damages and disruptions can be detected at an early stage and can be reliably reported to support the ongoing banking operation as much as possible.
