Head of Production Preparation and Control

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as head:in production preparation and control (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Kassel site. It is located in the area of the railway stations in the Kassel railway station management. As a manager: in production preparation and control, you are the driving force behind strategic planning and operational control for 101 passenger railway stations in Nordhessen. You carry a team of 8 employees and permanently secure the workability of production and the positioning of our stations as excellent mobility discs. Your tasks:

You are leading the development of the holistic target image per station and quarter from customer perspective and consistently implement central standards, provide location-related service and operating concepts for & provide integrated railway plans for our future railway stations You define the integrated production plan, execute station-specific plans and tax them according to the approved implementation plan - in addition, you will advertise dashboards, fill stock data and meet Make-or-Buy decisions You tax the production costs as well as on-going operations, first select performance descriptions (LV), decide on counter-control measures and tax the commercial audit, forecasting and budget planning In addition, you have the lead for local contract management (mobility/commercial) and participate in promotion and station usage contracts - in addition, you inform customers:in binding and guiding complaint management You accompany construction projects from configuration to preliminary design planning to commissioning, coordinates operational replacement measures, participate in Quality Gates and control warranty tracking Ensuring compliance with central standards for cleanliness, order and equipment is one of your tasks - just like controlling the procurement of means of production and materials You guide your team motivatingly and are regularly present in the office as a close-by-site manager. In this context, you also control the employee qualification (e.g. NAQ) and proactively bind your team into change processes In addition, you will start having caries and emergency folders and take a key role directly at the location of the event in large-scale fault management.
