(Senior) IT-System Administrator (m/w/d) in Reutlingen

Your tasks: • Administration of Windows Server, VMware, SAN and Storage, Veeam Backup, Active Directory, Group Policy and File and Print Services • Developing, optimizing and securing the IT infrastructure with a focus on automation to improve operating processes and system stability • Accompanying the transition to the cloud and active support of the corresponding processes • Working with IT support to solve technical challenges • Creation and maintenance of documentation and contributions to the knowledge database

Your qualifications: • Complete training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or IT studies with at least 5 years of professional experience in the support of Microsoft on Premise infrastructures and Azure Services • Funded knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, O365, MS SQL Server, VMware ESX, Veeam Backup and Windows Legacy systems • Experience in the administration of complex virtualized server environments and applications in the Windows environment • Wide IT knowledge, technical understanding and openness for new technologies • Experience in the client area (Windows 10, MS Office) and ideally in application operation under Microsoft Terminal Server • Basic knowledge of the network area • Solution-oriented operation with pronounced customer and service orientation • Strong communication and team skills as well as commitment and initiative • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
