Communication strategies and change support: You develop and sharpen communication strategies for transformation and change projects such as cultural change or digital transformation and ensure consistent, targeted communication along defined goals and milestones. Target group and channel management: You plan, control and implement target group-specific communication measures via different channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, townhalls, e-mails and executive communications) and ensure their efficient interconnection. Advice and Stakeholder Communication: You advise executives and project teams on communication approaches, storylines and stakeholder management and help them to convey complex content clearly, addressable and effective. Monitoring and measurement of success: You monitor communication measures, analyze their effect on the basis of suitable key figures and conduct targeted optimization measures for the continuous further development of the communication. Communication culture and transparency: You actively promote open, transparent and dialogue-oriented communication culture throughout the company and thus contribute to strengthening trust and orientation. Corporate Communications project management: You control communication projects in the corporate communication environment and support the design and implementation of internal and external communication measures.

Completed studies in communication, media, psychology, business administration or a comparable degree programme. Multiannual experience in corporate communication, change management or organisational development. Embossed ability to make complex content understandable, clear and motivating. High consulting competence and sovereign handling of stakeholders at all levels. Experience with modern communication channels and formats. Empathy, moderation strength and a good feeling for moods in organizations. Structured working, hand-on mentality and joy of change. Strategic view and cultural sense, combined with high transposition and the ability to make changes effective.
