What you do good

• You work on a group of adults with mental and physical disabilities and take over or assist in the daily care of clients

• They accompany, support and promote clients in their daily life design together with a multi-professional team with the aim of individual self-determination and participation

• In the interdisciplinary team, you develop individual care planning and are responsible for the implementation and documentation

• You perform organizational and administrative tasks

• You work closely with relatives and legal advisors

What you want

• You have a completed educational or nursing qualification according to LPersVO

• They are characterized by a high team capability and a very good communication competence

• You are ready to work in shiftwork or in shared service

• You are keen to actively shape change processes and like to take regular further and further training courses
