Advising the management of occupational safety, accident prevention, health and environmental protection Implementation of safety audits and workplace assessments Support in the design of safe jobs Contact person for safety and environmental issues Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Regular approaches to the detection and elimination of safety defects Creation and maintenance of hazard assessments and work instructions Analysis of occupational and near accidents and development of preventive measures Implementation of training on occupational safety and health Cooperation with business physician and external service providers Function as Work Security Officer and Foreign Companies Coordinaton

Completed higher technical training or engineering studies Continuing training on safety at work Multiannual professional experience in the field of occupational safety/health management, ideally in production Very good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and guidelines Impressed communication skills, enforcement and social competence Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with hands-on mentality Willingness to shift and Saturday work Good MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably abas) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
