Responsibility of material data management in compliance with current specifications and guidelines and creation of spare parts lists and publications. Examination of master data in the ERP system and CAD volume models as a prerequisite for material data management and NATO codification. Creation of NATO codification documents as part of the ASD S2000M process. Support and support of the ASD S2000M process for your own responsibility. Conducting consultations with internal specialist departments and internal and external stakeholders. Production of explosion representations from CAD volume models according to general guidelines. Creation and verification of guidance documents and coordination with the commissioner. Cooperation with Logistics Engineering: Examination and control of results in terms of material data and support in identifying maintenance and maintenance measures.

Complete university studies with first professional experience in material data management. Experience as a technical editor or in marine logistics desirable. Ideally experience with the editorial software APart and in handling the Spec ASD 2000M or S1000D. Good knowledge with popular MS Office applications and SAP. Structured and independent working and self-initiative. Communication and enforcement. Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
