Attractive training remuneration, currently between 1.368 € and 1.464 € gross per month (full time) Special annual payment of 90 % of the remuneration of training and entitlement to an occupational pension scheme with self-employment and cash benefits 39-hour week incl. exemption for the visit of educational institutions and flexible working hours; training is also possible in parttime with at least 19.5 hours per week, and the training period is then extended to 4.5 years Homeoffice by arrangement 31 days holiday and an additional holiday day Varied tasks such as the participation in the building and care of the library stock, insights into the internal processes such as media acquisition and media delivery, shelf order, return, organisation of events and advice of the clientele, as well as the possibility to realize own projects Internships in other fields Co-operation in a dedicated team and an appreciation of our mission Competent practical support with constructive feedback and helpful support within a sponsorship Continuous promotion of your skills and qualifications through training offers health services, book money, exam release free job ticket for the entire RMV area Support in finding an apartment or a child's car park 400-Euro premium on the existence of the final examination Safe future perspective after training: At least 1 year of continued employment (at least final grade 3) and an attractive entry fee of probably €240 gross per month (EG 6 TVöD)
