(Senior) Manager Planning & Steering (Human)

In this role, you are responsible for building and developing an integrated, automated and data-based planning and control logic for the production sector – in close coordination with the Finance, Procurement and Customer Service teams. In doing so, you link and unify operating and commercial data from existing systems, coordinate budget planning and manage central KPIs for control. In a direct line of reports on the Head of Tools & Processes, you will set up analyses and decision bases to optimize performance and costs. The further development and preparation of the performance dialogues with the VTG works are your responsibility. As part of the Accelerate transformation program, you take responsibility for subprojects in the production environment.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economic engineering, BWL or technology or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of BI software and MS Office table calculation Excel for processing large amounts of data. You work independently, structured and targeted; you also have a strategic and conceptual understanding in combination with a high level of operational implementation. You can quickly work into the processes and processes of a maintenance workshop and bring experience in this area. You can convince both internal and external stakeholders. You have a good communication capability, also in English.
