Number: MER000405P How does digitization change the information and purchasing behaviour of our customers? How do we design the omnichannel distribution and how does the dealer network of the future look like? What does the electric mobility mean for sales and customer service? Then get involved with us and become part of our team! In our team “Retail Strategy & Transformation MBC” we develop strategies and concepts for a future Mercedes-Benz Cars sales system. On the other hand, we control the global transformation of our retail to achieve this goal. We take into account the activities of new competitors, trends and new business models as well as the changed customer behavior. In this way, we overall design an attractive and sustainable sales model for Mercedes-Benz Cars and our sales partners. We operate worldwide and work closely with a variety of internal departments and external partners. Your tasks include: support for strategic projects and concepts related to the transformation of sales with top management relevance Support in creating presentations for relevant bodies and top management Support in the context of a number-based dealer network control and the associated data analysis and evaluation Creating trend and benchmarking analyses and deriving measures The internship can start from August 2026.

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics, International Business or a comparable degree course German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good knowledge of popular MS Office and Communication programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Knowledge of data analysis, preparation and visualization, as well as the derivation of data-based concepts and recommendations for action Experience in (agile) project management desirable Personal competencies: You are committed, working independently and have a high understanding, self-initiative and a good understanding of the process You are communicative, reliable, structured, solution-oriented and actively contributes With (time) printing you are confident and have a confident appearance You bring high operational readiness, flexibility and enforcement You have very good analytical skills You enjoy strategic and conceptual work Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
